(Nicosia, 17/10/19) Focus Group Meeting that, carried out under the LGBTI+ in freedom from exploitation (Life) project funded by European Union, which aims to share experiences on THB with the participation of civil society organisations from Cyprus and Turkey, ended in İzmir, Turkey.

Doğukan Gümüşatam, Queer Cyprus activist and Project Coordinator, stated that the Expert Focus Group Meeting was very useful for cooperating with other NGOs in the field of anti-trafficking, to ensure a sustainable struggle to guarantee the fundamental human rights of LGBTI +s in the long term. . Expert Focus Group Meeting ended with the distribution of participation certificates to the representatives of the attendee organizations.
