Research on the Access to Employment of LGBTI+s
This study aims to investigate the access to employment and the labour market experiences of LGBTI+’s living in the northern part of Cyprus. The findings of this study will contribute to the identification of whether LGBTI+’s have equal opportunities and conditions in their right to participate in work life, and will contribute to the policy formulation on raising awareness about gender, preventing discrimination against LGBTI+ in employment and empowering LGBTI+ employees. The research is funded by ILGA EU and carried out by the Queer Cyprus Association as part of the Stronger Together Project.
